meet the individual needs of each child.

ATLABS Consulting Inc is owned and operated by Twila MacDonald. Twila provides behavior consulting services to families of children with autism. Twila has been working with children with autism for over 13 years, and as a behavior consultant for the past 7 years.

Twila follows the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in her program and also utilizes the Analysis of Verbal Behavior.

Twila is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and also  has a Graduate Academic Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently completing her MA and is pursuing BCBA Certification.

Twila provides a free initial consultation to families in their home. During the consultation Twila reviews her program, provides information to parents regarding what a home-based early intervention program entails, provides information on Applied Behavior Analyis as well as Verbal Behavior, and answers questions that parents may have regarding how to start a program for their child.

Our Philosophy

Twila’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is unique with individual needs and deserves every possible opportunity to reach his or her full potential. She also understands that autism affects the entire family and believes that all members should be part of the process in a home-based intervention program.

Programs are based on best practices and empirically validated methods and each child's program is tailored to meet their individual needs and learning style.

Parent involvement is critical to success and therefore Twila strives to empower parents with a skill set that will help them support their child's learning and success and that will help their child reach his or her full potential.
